By downloading, installing, signing into, or otherwise using MarketApp (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

MarketApp helps you track prices for products you select on supported online retailers and notifies you when those prices change. The App is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.

Certain features require you to sign in using a third-party authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the App, which will remove the personal data associated with it.

You agree not to misuse the App. In particular, you will not: (a) attempt to interfere with the App's operation or security; (b) use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation; (c) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by applicable law; (d) use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.

Prices, offers, bank discounts, and cashback amounts displayed in the App are for informational and tracking purposes only. They are sourced from publicly available product pages and may not reflect the price you will be charged at the time of purchase. The final price — including any applicable taxes, fees, seller charges, or promotional discounts — is determined solely by the retailer (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Nykaa, Nike, Adidas, or any other supported store) at checkout. Retailer pricing and promotional terms change frequently and without notice. We do not guarantee that any price, offer, or discount shown in the App will be available or honoured at the time you complete your purchase. You should always verify the final price on the retailer's website or app before completing a transaction. We accept no liability for any difference between the price shown in this App and the price charged to you at checkout.

The App may display information from, and link to, third-party websites, including online retailers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party site or service. Product availability, seller terms, and offer eligibility are subject to each retailer's own policies, which may change at any time without notice to us.

We participate in affiliate and referral programs, including the Amazon Associates Programme. When you tap a product link within the App, we may earn a small commission on any qualifying purchase you make at no additional cost to you. This commission does not influence the prices or recommendations displayed in the App, and we track prices objectively regardless of whether an affiliate relationship exists.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

We may modify or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
